Alyaa Azhar has written a series of special reports on political and economic sentiments in Sabah, ranging from the economy and wages, to concerns over their rights, the “Sabahan for Sabah” concept and the East-West disconnect. She also discueeses the political landscape, going into the perceptions held about the Barisan National Government, Parti Warisan Sabah, and whether Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal still holds influence in the state, especially in light of the recent corruption allegations.
