With a new leadership installed, the question is how different a course will this 20 year organisation, dedicated to providing financial aid to those wanting to pursue tertiary education, have to chart. Between the spirit of generosity (mesra) and commitment to instill financial prudence in the young, PTPTN attempts to collect from past borrowers to fund the future.
